The failure of Contact Solutions to partially or fully exercise any right or the waiver by Contact Solutions of any breach shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right or be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other term of the Agreement.

Jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement or Contact Solutions' operation of this Site shall lie exclusively in the state and federal courts in Fairfax County, Virginia. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
